The British summer might not be allowing us to whip out our short shorts just yet, but that doesn't mean we can't dream of beach outings and lazy days in the sun when we see pop starlet Carly Rae Jepsen working a pair of rainbow cutoffs. To get the look without the frostbite, use the bright colour scheme on display, and try neon leggings or bright jeans... and keep those fingers crossed for a warm day!
