The weather might have other plans, but we're determined to have a summer, which is why we're looking towards wholly inappropriate footwear to bring our dreams of tans and skimpy outfits to life! These light and bright platforms might not be useful in the rain, but they'd be perfect teamed with shorts, our best Snap t-shirt, and an oversized pair of sunglasses. A girl can dream!
